custody, and creating and building financial systems.
Throughout his career, he has taken on a wide range of challenging leadership roles that have not
only equipped him with the hands-on skills of a true financial services professional but have also
given him a big-picture perspective of the global financial markets.
With master’s degrees in Leadership, Strategy, Business Administration, Applied Research, and Human
Sciences, Amir is committed to lifelong learning. He has applied what he’s learned at some of the
world’s leading educational institutions and combined it with on-the-job training, hard work, common
sense, and a keen understanding of trends in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management,
Brokerage, and wealthTech, to spearhead several trailblazing projects and teams.
Amir has worked with private banks, asset managers, brokers, exchanges, and central counterparty
clearing houses in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America. His clients have included
financial institutions, corporates, and hedge funds, and he has held senior positions in both
support and control and front office wealth management.

Phil is responsible for the governance and oversight of all operational activities within the company
as well as for assisting in driving and delivering growth.
Phil has over 30 years of experience in banking and capital markets, having worked for some of the
world's most prestigious financial institutions. Phil has developed an extensive knowledge base over
this period regarding the operational processes, risks, and controls associated with establishing
new businesses and managing new and complex structured products. He is well-versed in all asset
classes (including derivatives, listed products, collateral, clearing, digital assets, and
cryptocurrency), as well as the pre-and post-trade requirements associated with product lifecycle
management.
While he is originally from the Channel Islands, his work has taken him to cities throughout the
world, including London, New York, Chicago, Zurich, Geneva, and Amsterdam, as well as the Middle
East more recently.
Phil was instrumental in the establishment of the ISDA European collateral forum in 1994 and has
worked with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) since 1999 to support the
development of new training courses and continuing professional development (CPD) events in finance
globally, serving on their membership committee for 12 years and assisting them in expanding into
new markets and products.
Neale serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Securrency Capital. He is a digitally driven,
award-winning technology and transformation leader with a broad worldwide background in the Banking
and Financial Services industry, spanning from Tier 1 Investment Banks to Digital Challengers.
Beginning his career with JP Morgan, he has just completed the design, development, and deployment
of a digitally native, market-first Corporate Digital Open Banking and Payments platform before
joining Securrency Capital.
His experience in both Europe and the Middle East affords him a unique understanding of the
challenges facing the current market, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between finance and
technology to meet customer demand and optimize product design, all the while ensuring best-in-class
security and resiliency.
Enthusiastic about the evolving technology landscape and fintech for noble causes, he is committed to
developing solutions that support ESG sustainability, carbon reduction, and green initiatives, as
well as empowering consumers and businesses to maximize their financial opportunities in the most
elegant manner possible.
Chris is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new products at Securrency Capital. With over 25
years of technology and business transformation experience across numerous industries, Chris has
primarily focused on the financial vertical with a keen eye on Capital Markets, Treasury, Private
Wealth Management, and Digital Payments.
With the challenge of walking the fine line between over-governance and chaotic rapid delivery, Chris
provides leadership in strategic planning and execution, while leveraging deep experience in
business process analysis, technology architecture, and usability design to ensure the customer gets
the best experience.
Before coming to the Middle East, Chris had experienced the furious pace of the North American and
London markets and to him, there is no such thing as a bad time zone.
Amaan directs the risk management department at Securrency Capital and is responsible for the firm's
risk management and control framework's creation and implementation. Amaan is also the chairman of
the Risk Committee and a member of the Change Committee.
Amaan has substantial experience in risk management, internal audit, fraud investigations, business
continuity, and change control from his work with leading institutions in the UAE. He has 13 years
of financial services and risk consulting experience.
Amaan holds the certifications of Certified Management Accountant (IMA US) and Certified Internal
Auditor (IIA US). Additionally, he possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
